The bricklayers should finish on Monday with only windows to be finished up and along the top of the garage door. The mammoth task of salvaging any leftover bricks should start next week with me and my wheelbarrow.
Gutters and fascias have been delivered as well.
It is such a small world! Mat and I always wondered who bought that block of land and even talked about it a couple of times whether to buy it and build again. We were going to build with mac jones as well, but the council knocked back a change to our building envelope so we had to change our design to a double storey, which meant nchanging builders.
